Mission

Lampstand Ministries is a Christian outreach that serves the inner city of Chicago by offering help and hope to people by providing them with resources that address their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Lampstand Ministries strives to have a life changing reconciling impact by bringing the love of Christ to those who are looking for help. Lampstand Ministries exists first to glorify God; therefore, meeting for worship and weekly service held at Garfield Park Conservatory. While working hand-in-hand with other Christian resources in Chicago, Lampstand Ministries also provides educational opportunities, men and women’s support groups and retreats, job placement service ces, and service projects and mission trips for other outreach organizations looking to support people in need on the streets of Chicago.
